On first arrival in country’s international airport at Kathmandu meet our Trekking Planner staff and guide for short transfer in the hub of Kathmandu city at Thamel area, an interesting location where all needful items found around in the shops and stores in Thamel.

Check into your rooms after a rest then down at meeting place in the hotel lobby or foyer for group briefing where our guide or leader provides you with information of tours and other useful and necessary subjects to make your stay with us enjoyable.

Evening includes group welcome dinner in a nice authentic Nepalese restaurant to get the taste of local cuisines with local cultural program to entertainment while you enjoy the dinner.

    In Kathmandu for exciting sightseeing tour around places of great interest, morning after breakfast, guide takes you for an hour drive east of Kathmandu at mere distance of 12 k.m. to reach Bhaktapur city area, for exciting historical and heritage tour of old Durbar (royal palace and courtyard) square, of historical importance includes Temple and pagoda with terra-cotta old buildings with magnificent statue of various Gods and Goddess, tour around old palace built during reign of Malla period.

    From Bhaktapur tour takes on the banks of holy Bagmati River at Pashupatinath Temple, dedicated to lord Shiva, with two tiered golden roof and silver doors. It is famous for its beautiful architecture. It is a center of annual pilgrimage on the day of Maha Shivaratri (birth anniversary of Lord Shiva).

    From Pashupatinath walking distance and short drive to reach at Bouddhanath Stupa, a famous Buddhist monument and largest Stupa or Dome in the world.

    On this colossal the ancient stupa; with all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha, it is said to have been built by Lichchhavi King Mana Dev in the 5th A.D. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The area around also known as Little Tibet due to large number of locals of Tibetan origin resides around with many shops and restaurants that makes one of the interesting part of Bouddhanath.

      Morning as per time for departure for rafting taking a bus or car, coach as per size of the group, drive takes you beyond Kathmandu valley heading towards Nepal Mid-West to reach at rafting ‘put in point’ at Fishling village by the bank of Trisuli River, where our captain of the boat receives you, and the paddle downstream through exciting and thrilling rapids and bouncy waves.

      After few of hours of enjoyable rafting then transfer into a vehicle for few hour drive on Kathmandu and Pokhara highway, on reaching Dumre town our route diverts from main road with short climb up to reach at Bandipur town.

      An interesting farm town where you can witness great culture and custom of Nepalese hill people with overnight in local home stay facing grand views of Annapurna and Manaslu range.

        Bandipur offers varieties of attractions includes sunrise and sunset from Tundikhel Hill and Gurungche Hill with diversity of flora and fauna with more than 200 species of forest plants, 70 species of birds, 35 species of wild life.

        Visit Siddha cave (probably the largest in Asia) 18 ft width and 50 ft high, situated north of Bandipur, another mysterious cave called “Patalidwar” (a gateway to hell) which holds religious significance for the locals is waiting for tourists to explore the geological marvel, similarly rock climbing on high rocky steeps with delightful eco and scenic walk.

        Bandipur a socio cultural diversity of ancient Newari Hill town, untouched by modernization with ancient brick houses, temples of great significance and architecture of medieval era town boasts festival all year round, besides a plethora of cultural offerings, Neighboring Magar, Gurung, Brahmin, Chetri, Damai and Sarki villages all contribute the cultural diversity of region.

          After a pleasant stay at Bandipur with interesting time with local villagers, having breakfast short drive of few hours to reach at scenic Pokhara city.

          Drive follows through farm villages and towns then reaching at Pokhara and then transfer to a nice hotel by the calm Phewa Lake where all nice hotels situated.

            Early morning short drive to Sarankot hill top famous view points for striking sunrise over range of mountains from Dhaulagiri-Annapurna to Mt. Manaslu with aerial views of Pokhara green valley and Lake Phewa, a popular spot for Para-Gliding as well.

            After catching the views of sunrise and mountains back to hotel with sightseeing tour of Pokhara at places of interest.

            In Pokhara tour of Seti Gorge, Davids / Devi or Pathle Chhago Water Falls- visit Peace Stupa and around Pokhara local markets away from main touristic area.

              Morning after breakfast short beyond Pokhara valley to reach at Lumle village where walk begins after ending short drive of an hour, then head for a climb past farm village of Chandrakot facing super views of Annapurna South and Huin-Chuli peaks and then walking for another hour with climb into cool forest reach at Maje Gaon overnight stop in a nice called Gurung Lodge.

              Annapurna region the home to Gurung people the main tribes of Annapurna Himalaya, men folk are known as brave Gorkha soldiers in India and UK army regiments.

                From Maja-Gaon walk leads to short climb into deep green forest of Rhododendron, oaks and pines to reach on the main path where Landruk and Potana, Dhampus trail joins.

                Walk on nice pleasant trail to Potana village with super panorama of Annapurna Himalaya then on downhill to Dhampus for last overnight stop around large village of Gurung tribe, offers spectacular views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna with Machhapuchare Himal the famous ‘Fish Tail’ peak with Manaslu range.

                  Last day walk takes you downhill to around the valley filled with rice paddy and other crops at Dhampus Phedi on the road-head, where short hour drive takes you back at Pokhara, after a most enjoyable and scenic time on the high green hills of Annapurna Himalaya.

                    Morning travel by private coach or in tourist bus (depending upon the size of the group) with an exciting overland drive on main Kathmandu to Chitwan highway, leading through Himalayan foothills, on reaching at Tadi Bazaar at Chitwan where short drive leads you to your respective hotels within a place called Saura.On arrival at Chitwan near park premises where hotels are located after checking in with briefing on the jungle activities and programs, after getting refreshed start afternoon activity with short walk to nearby Tharu village, the indigenous tribe of Terai belt, the low and flatland of Nepal. Evening enjoy the dinner with fascinating Tharu (indigenous tribe of southern Terai and Chitwan) cultural dance.

                      Program and activities begins early before breakfast, walk to elephant platform for the ride on elephant backs leading you into dense jungle to witness wildlife in its natural habitat. Other activities includes visit of elephant stables and elephant bathing and briefing. After lunch drive into the jungles as well ride on a dug-out canoe floating on Rapti River where you can see fresh water Gangetic Gharial and Mugger crocodiles, if lucky including fresh water dolphins, and otters.

                            Best Seasons for All Nepal Tour:

                            Nearly all months of the year except the monsoon wet season from mid-June to mid-September, where southern Himalaya will receive much rains.

                            The best times from March to May in spring season and from October to February months during autumn and winter seasons.

                            March to May much longer sunlight hours where green hills are bright and beautiful with wild flowers in full blooming times, especially rhododendron of various species, make the trek more interesting and very special.

                            Most days are clear from morning till late afternoon, can get cloudy sometimes with chance of snows around higher elevation cold in the morning and night time.

                            Mid-September to February during autumn / fall and winter times most days are crystal clear from morning till mid-afternoon, days are shorter and as well sunlight hours, much cold with freezing temperatures in the morning and night as well in shades.

                            Climate and Weather

                            Himalayan climate can be unpredictable sometimes even in good best seasons, where April and May to first week of June will be the best time during spring times, when days are longer with enough sunlight hours.

                            Morning and night time as well in shade can be cold and much freezing temperatures around high hills.

                            Other months from September to February another great times for tour and hikes, when days are clear for views and to summit the top of the peak, although much colder months of autumn season with extreme cold during morning and night time, where sunlight is much shorter.
