Depart from the hotel earliest by 5: 30 a.m or 6 a.m. where our Trekking Planner Inc. USA staff will pick you with a transport with short drive to Kathmandu domestic airport, and the checking into security then received by Helicopter crews and pilot, then board in a chopper with spacious seating arrangement.

If lucky where one can enjoy seating next to the pilot in the cockpit, then Heli lifts above the ground from Kathmandu airport facing grand views of the city and valley of hills with snow mountains in the north as Helicopter heads east following the whole range of mountains to land at Lukla for short stop and to refuel, while you can enjoy refreshing warm cup of tea / coffer and get glimpse of Sherpa town.

Then taking off from Lukla following a river valley reaching higher above Namche Bazaar and Tengboche and getting close to Mt. Everest, landing depends upon the availability of flat space at base camp.

    Best Season for Everest base camp Helicopter Tour:

    NThe best time will be from March to May and mid-September to December months of the year, when most of the days are clear for fabulous views of peaks with Mt. Everest.

    March to May falls during spring to pre-summer times when days are longer with enough sunlight for views and to enjoy mountain panorama but can be windy in afternoon and might get cloudy sometimes and chances of snow in higher elevation.

    Around this time the hills are lively with wild-flowers are in full bloom with riots of colors especially flowering rhododendron (national flower of Nepal).
