On first arrival in country’s international airport at Kathmandu meet our Trekking
Planner staff and guide for short transfer in the hub of Kathmandu city at Thamel
area, an interesting location where all needful items found around in the shops
and stores in Thamel.

Check into your rooms after a rest then down at meeting place in the hotel lobby
or foyer for group briefing where our guide or leader provides you with
information of tours and other useful and necessary subjects to make your
stay with us enjoyable.

Evening includes group welcome dinner in a nice authentic Nepalese restaurant
to get the taste of local cuisines with local cultural program to entertainment
while you enjoy the dinner.

    Early morning drive takes you in the heart of Kathmandu city at Durbar Square (Old Palace courtyard) steeped with historical monuments of world heritage sites and then visit Nepal famous landmark Swayambhunath Stupa, located on a hillock west of city, an interesting place to be within ancient dome and Stupa of Swayambhunath, with an history of more than 2,600 years old.

    From here tour takes you at famous Hindu temple of Pashupatinath dedicated to lord Shiva, with two tiered golden roof and silver doors. It is famous for its beautiful architecture. It is a center of annual pilgrimage on the day of Maha Shivaratri (birth anniversary of Lord Shiva).

    From Pashupatinath walking distance and short drive to reach at Bouddhanath Stupa, a famous Buddhist monument and largest Stupa or Dome in the world.

    On this colossal the ancient stupa; with all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha, it is said to have been built by Lichchhavi King Mana Dev in the 5th A.D. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The area around also known as Little Tibet due to large number of locals of Tibetan origin resides around with many shops and restaurants that makes one of the interesting part of Bouddhanath.

    After an exciting and interesting day drive back to your hotel with preparation for another wonderful tour beyond Kathmandu.

      Morning overland journey to reach Nepal Mid-West at scenic and renowned touristic city at Pokhara, drive follows through farm villages and towns then reaching at Pokhara into a nice hotel by the calm Phewa Lake where all nice hotels are situated.

        Early morning short drive to Sarankot hill top famous view points for striking sunrise over range of mountains from Dhaulagiri-Annapurna to Mt. Manaslu with aerial views of Pokhara green valley and Lake Phewa, a popular spot for Para-Gliding as well.

        After catching stunning sunrise views over mountains and then back to hotel for afternoon tour around Pokhara at places of interest.

        In Pokhara tour of Seti Gorge, Davids / Devi or Pathle Chhago Water Falls- visit Peace Stupa and around Pokhara local markets away from main touristic area.

          Depart from the hotel at Pokhara for another exciting drive to reach Nepal Far
          Mid-West at Lumbini around low and sub-tropical country at Terai-belt the
          Flatland, where Lord Buddha was born.

          Drive leads down south in leaving Pokhara valley and mid hills of Syangja to reach
          Butwal city and near Tansen, Palpa to reach at our destination in Lumbini and
          then transfer into a nice hotel and relax with short walks around the street of
          Lumbini and close to the site of Buddha’s birth place.

            Morning visit Lord Buddha’s birth places and historical sites, Lumbini traditional birthplace of Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism, born in the 6th century B.C.

            According Buddhist tradition, Maya Devi gave birth to a child (Buddha) on her way to her parent's home in Devadaha in the month of May 642 BC. Feeling the onset of labor pains, she grabbed hold of the branches of a shade tree and gave birth to Siddhartha Gautama, the future Buddha.

            The Buddha have announced, "This is my final rebirth" as he entered the world. Buddhist tradition also has it that he walked immediately after his birth and took seven steps, under each of which a lotus flower bloomed.

            In 249 BC, the Buddhist convert Emperor Asoka visited Lumbini and constructed four stupas and a stone pillar. Asoka’s Pillar bears an inscription that translates as: "King Piyadasi (Asoka), beloved of devas, in the 20 year of the coronation, himself made a royal visit, Buddha Sakyamuni having been born here, a stone railing was built and a stone pillar erected to the Bhagavan ["blessed one"] having been born here. Lumbini village was taxed reduced and entitled to the eight parts (only)".

            The site was rediscovered in 1895, when a German archaeologist came upon Asoka’s Pillar, identified by its inscription. Records made by the Chinese pilgrim Fa Xian were also used in the process of identifying this religiously acclaimed site. Lumbini was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.

            After an interesting tour back to hotel with time to stroll around the street and market at Lumbini.

              Morning travel by private coach or in tourist bus (depending upon the size of the group) with an exciting overland drive on main Kathmandu to Chitwan highway, leading through Himalayan foothills, on reaching at Tadi Bazaar at Chitwan where short drive leads you to your respective hotels within a place called Saura.

              On arrival at Chitwan near park premises where hotels are located after checking in with briefing on the jungle activities and programs, after getting refreshed start afternoon activity with short walk to nearby Tharu village, the indigenous tribe of Terai belt, the low and flatland of Nepal. Evening enjoy the dinner with fascinating Tharu (indigenous tribe of southern Terai and Chitwan) cultural dance.

                Program and activities begins early before breakfast, walk to elephant platform for the ride on elephant backs leading you into dense jungle to witness wildlife in its natural habitat. Other activities includes visit of elephant stables and elephant bathing and briefing. After lunch drive into the jungles as well ride on a dug-out canoe floating on Rapti River where you can see fresh water Gangetic Gharial and Mugger crocodiles, if lucky including fresh water dolphins, and otters.
